From its new album “No Regrets,” vocal group All-4-One logs its first entry in 13 years, as “My Child” arrives at No. 88. The band enjoyed multi-format success with the ballads “I Swear” and “I Can Love You Like That” in the ’90s. At No. 96, Toni Braxton bows with “Yesterday.” The singer, who last appeared on the chart in 2006 and shined on ABC-TV’s “Dancing With the Stars” last year, will release her Atlantic Records debut album February 8, 2010
